Payment is required to START your order. Your order does not go into production until payment is made or prior arrangements are made with Shop (IE: COD for local confirmed orders.

Cancellation after payment: Payments are non-refundable as they are to cover custom materials and design time used for your project. Once we have approval of your Mock up and the payment has been made no refund will given.

Quote on turn around time is in BUSINESS days not calendar days. All custom orders take 2-7 days.

If you find an error/issue with your product we must be notified within 24 hours of receiving your order. (per tracking notification)

Note: Due to lighting and different electronic devices color variation may appear slightly different in person as compared to photos. This is not a refundable cause. Know that in person your item could appear slightly darker or lighter.

In the event of personal damage due to wear and tear, laundry, dropping, or anything else we are not responsible for replacing the product. Please see the included care card for washing and/or care instructions.

If you are having your item shipped please check your address BEFORE you check out as we are not responsible for lost packages due to wrong addresses.
All merchandise returned to us due to error in address not made by us will require a shipping charge. Initial shipping fees are INCLUDED in your purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL due the custom nature of the personalized products.
